Shahid and Genelia in a toothpaste ad...




Shahid hasnt done too many ads yet, compared to Shahrukh khan,Ranbir kapoor or hrithik roshan.But in this ad shahid is looking cool.Genelia is looking naughty as ever.Both are doing an ad for the first time.It is to be seen how far the audiance like the new pair shahid and genelia.
After kaminey,shahid has matured.His looks and style have gone a drastic change.In this latest ad of toothpaste,shahid has worn a grey t-shirt with black sleeveless cover.Genelia is sporting tops and jeans shorts.
Genelia’s fans will like her.As always,she is in shorts.Recently she had claimed that she wont pose bold unless required.But she is wearing a short dress exposing her thin thighs for no good reasons.Do you need to wear shorts for brushing teeth ?

New Ranveer beats Salman and Shahrukh….....


Newbie Ranveer Singh of Band Baaja Bharaat fame, has outshone stars like SRK and Salman Khan in India’s first annual Facebook Movie Awards.
This award will have users of Facebook vote for their favorite movie star for 2010. Started by social media marketing professionals, it is an initiative to give film folk a transparent award based on viewer choice who are on  social networking space. The FBMA entries close by June-end.
Ranveer Singh is going great guns. He has been signed as the new face for Cola, which is being re launched. Ranbir Kapoor also endorses the same brand.

Madhuri soon be in Remo's musical flick...

Madhuri Dixit and Remo D’Souza, co-judges of the reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa are now taking their professional acquaintance a notch higher.
Reportedly, Dixit will feature in D’Souza’s upcoming song and dance film.
When contacted, D’Souza told, “It’s my dream to direct a musical film, unlike the way we usually define a musical in our Hindi films. It will be a Broadway styled musical with the characters expressing themselves through song and dance, instead of dialogues. I can’t imagine making a musical without Madhuriji. According to me, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun is one of the finest expressions of human aspirations in song and dance. That is the kind of musical I want to do with Madhuri.”

Madhuri Dixit says no to Rajnikant Rana....




Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit today said she rejected the offer to star in a Tamil film along with Southern superstar Rajinikant because it was not the “right role” for her.
The ‘dhak dhak’ actress was offered a role in Rajinikant’s upcoming film Rana.
“Would have loved to do a film with Rajnikanth but the role was that of his sister…need to wait for the right role,” Madhuri said on micro-blogging site Twitter.
Rana, a Tamil historical action film directed by KS Ravikumar stars Rajinikant, Deepika Padukone, and Sonu Sood in lead roles. The film will be jointly produced by Ocher Picture Productions and Eros International.
Madhuri has worked with the 61-year-old veteran in ‘Uttar Dakshin’ in 1987.
With filming to start in April this year, the movie is expected to be simultaneously made in Hindi and dubbed in Telugu, all three of which are slated for release in 2012.
Dixit is currently judging a television dance reality show Jhalak Dikhlaa Ja.

Lara's Sangeet ceremony in GOA....



The star-studded 'sangeet' cermony of actress Lara Dutta and tennis star Mahesh Bhupati's wedding will be held February 16th, 2011, in Goa. The Candolim Beach Club, the venue of the ceremony, has been decked up in white keeping in tune with the theme for the occasion. Club Fresh is a popular hang out at the North Goa beach, where Bollywood actor Hrithik and Suzzane celebrated their marriage anniversary in January 2011. Lara and Mahesh have already registered their wedding in Mumbai while the formal church wedding and reception is scheduled on February 19 in Goa. The theme for entire sangeet is white, which matches with the theme of the club. There will be white roses, white jasmines, said Sunil Chawla, owner and partner of Club Fresh. For the 200 films and sport stars guests, D J Hussain will set the music ball rolling for the sangeet, playing Bollywood and Hollywood numbers for the guests. 'Lucent Dossier', a troupe from Los Angeles, will perform aerial acts on the occasion. Shah Rukh Khan will show up for the 'sangeet'. Cuisine selection includes Goan sea food, Thai and Sushi.




Ranbir and Kat exchange kisses.....



Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif were noticed kissing each other openly. Ranbir was on his way home from Amsterdam, where he had an ad shoot, and Katrina accompanied him on the flight LH576 from Frankfurt to Mumbai.
They sat on the same row and soon got closer and started hugging and kissing one another. They got comfortable when they saw most of the passengers were Europeans, who would not be able to spot out these two Bollywood superstars who did not wear makeup on that day. They were also seen rehearsing and discussing scripts. They were so much absorbed in one another, that it seemed they forgot the rest of the world. Eye witnesses reveal that these two lovers seemed to have a great time and were fully in a romantic mood. Even though, Ranbir asked for blanket later, but none of them were seen to take rest.

Salman jumps from 10,000 feet for an ad...

'Everyone is afraid of something or the other at some point of his or her life. But if you try to run away from fear, you'd be tired and eventually fear will win. So the best way to overcome fear is to face it, run through it because Darr Ke Aage Jeet Hai,'  said Salman.

Salman was initially not so sure about the stunt but he eventually did it. Wingsuit flying is a new sport of flying through the air in a special jumpsuit and pulling the parachute's ripcord as one approaches the ground.

He is said to be the first celebrity brand ambassador roped in by Mountain Dew.

Alpana Titus, category marketing director (flavoured carbonated drinks), PepsiCo India Beverages, says the new campaign is quite big in terms of quality and budget.

'Salman has jumped from a mountain which was 10,000 feet high. He did have jitters initially but was confident it would work out well and he would be able to overcome his fears in turn,' she said.

When asked why Salman was chosen out of all the known faces, Titus said: 'Salman was our first choice because he embodies our (Mountain Dew's) tagline 'Darr Ke Aage Jeet Hai' accurately and he also has a nationwide fan following. People in not only the metros but also the remote areas follow him.'

The 45-second TV commercial will air from Friday and a 60-second commercial will be shown in theatres.
